It seems that Pete Doherty decided to fight his addiction to drugs after having a vision. According to the Daily Star, the Babyshambles singer has entered a detoxification clinic in Portugal, where he hopes to end his additions to heroin and crack cocaine. He claims that he was visited by Christ in a dream. Doherty, 27, is now hoping for forgiveness for his actions. Kate Moss's former boyfriend explained that Jesus appeared to him in a dream and told him to, "pull himself together and repent his sins". Doherty is now said to have turned to the Church. A friend said, "He is considering giving away his money because Jesus said, 'It would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of the needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven'." |
