Charlie Sheen seems to have got over his split from ex-wife Denise Richards pretty quickly, he is said to have a new girlfriend. Single since Richards filed for divorce in January, Sheen, 40, announced over the weekend that he has a girlfriend. Her name is Brooke Mueller, 28, and the two were spotted together Saturday night in Los Angeles. Mueller starred in the 1999 film Witchouse, in which she used the name Brooke Allen. The news of the relationship has been confirmed by Sheen's rep, who said, "She's his girlfriend."
