Singer and actress Jessica Simpson is still highly affected by her parents' opinion. According to OK magazine, Simpson's mother, Tina, put the stops on one of her daughter's fashion shoots, claiming it was indecent and that the pictures could harm the In This Skin actress's reputation. Supermodel Kate Moss was also taking part in this photo shoot. The shapely blond was to be photographed wearing underwear, with a male model taking his pants off on a bed behind them. Tina was worried that the image of the The Dukes Of Hazzard star could be tarnished by the pics and asked if the model could keep his pants on. Joe, Simpson's father and manager, did not agree and couldn't understand his wife's position. A witness explained that "Tina dug in her heels and said there was no way she'd allow Jess to appear in the layout the way it was designed. She said the pose was too risque and made Jessica look slutty." Simpson recently celebrated her 26th birthday and her divorce from Nick Lachey has recently been made official. |
