Ashlee Simpson to Sell Her House

Singer Ashlee Simpson is hoping to sell her Californian house.

According to People magazine, the 21-year old star wants $6 million for her plush Encino pad.

The star says the main selling point of her 1,300 square foot home is the storage space. The villa also has a pool, and many other features. “Mountains on one side, the city on the other," said the singer.

Ashlee Simpson, Jessica's younger sister, is elling up to buy a property by the beach.
