Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was arrested for drink driving last night, after leaving a celebrity party in Los Angeles with Kimberley Stewart.
The reality TV star, 25, who ws driving a Mercedes worth over £300 000, was stopped by police for driving erratically at 12:30am and was found to be just over the Californian blood alcohol limit, at 0.8%. She was taken to a local police station and collected later on in the evening by her sister, fashion designer Nicky Hilton. A statement was released by her publicist, claiming that she had only had one drink all night, although police deny that they knew who she was before pulling her over.
Hilton, who shot to fame after a former boyfriend released and X-rated video of the couple having sex on the Internet, has just released an album. |
