Actress Scarlett Johansson has spoken out against the fashion and film industries. According to Contactmusic, Johansson does not like the fact that many female stars are being encouraged to take drastic measures to be thin. With her sculptured physique, the 21 year-old actress says that she prefers the curvy bodies of the former stars of Hollywood. Johansson feels that many of today's stars are too thin to be sexy. The star of Lost in Translation explains that she would never starve herself. The actress explained, "I try to eat healthily. It puts too too much pressure on women in general who are being fed this image of the ideal. I think America has become obsessed with dieting rather than focusing on eating well, exercising and living a healthy life." |
