Brad to get Tom's job?

Rumour is rife in Hollywood that Brad Pitt is the number one choice to replace Tom Cruise in the next Mission Impossible film. Cruise parted with the company behind the mega-successful films last month, and Paramount Pictures cited his increasingly erratic behaviour, infamous sofa-jumping and attachment to Scientology as the main reasons for the split. While Cruise's star may be on the wane, the equally gorgeous Pitt will become the highest-paid star in Hollywood if he accepts the lead role.
