Reese and Ryan to divorce

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philippe have released a statement saying that are separating formally. Witherspooon, 30, and Philippe, 32, previously took counselling to try and save their 7-year marriage. In the statement, they said they remain comitted to their family and asked for privacy for the sake of their children Ava, 7, and Deacon, 3. Witherspoon is reportedly seeking advice from a top divorce lawyer.
