Robert De Niro & 50 Cent in Hurricaine Katrina thriller

Actor Robert De Niro and rapper 50 Cent will co-star in a new thriller.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the unusual pairing have joined the cast of New Orleans.

The story follows a police officer (De Niro) who believes that his partner was killed by Hurricane Katrina, but then discovers he was murdered.

50 Cent will play De Niro's character's partner in the film. Filming is due to start in February.
