Hilary Duff's stalker planned to kill her, it has emerged. Duff and boyfriend Joel Madden (of Good Charlotte fame) had already asked for a restraining order against Russian immigrant Maksim Miakovsky, but he was arrested on Friday night for stalking and making criminal threats. Miakovsky, 18, said he intended to kill Duff on Sunday at a public event she planned to attend.
