Lindsay Lohan was photographed with alarming scars on her wrists last week, prompting fears that the 20-year-old actress is self-harming.

The starlet has had her left wrist bandaged for some months reportedly because of a sprain. Lindsay's publicist said she'd fallen and hurt her wrist "in some bushes." She failed to mention exactly what Linds was doing in the bushes...
