Sussex police have issued a warning to Heather Mills McCartney over a "non-specific threat" to her safety.
Officers from Merseyside (birthplace of estranged husband Sir Paul) have warned both Heather and Paul of the threats, and while they say there is no imminent risk, local police have been briefed and "provisions have been made for an immediate police response should this be necessary."
Heather, 38, said in a previous TV interview that she had received death threats which added to the 'severe depression' she has suffered from in the wake of their split. The battle over Sir Paul's fortune and their three-year-old daughter Beatrice is becoming increasingly bitter. |
