Former Spice Girls Geri Halliwell and Melanie Brown have reunited in the wake of Mel's split from Eddie Murphy.
The pair, who didn't exactly see eye to eye during their Spice days, have buried the hatchet and bonded over their similar situations.
Five months pregnant Mel was dumped by Murphy a few weeks ago amid rumours she cheated on him. Geri can relate to her situation, as she split up with Sacha Gervasi, the father of her baby girl, before the birth, and has a difficult relationship with him. Geri has been comforting Mel and providing her with some much-needed support as she prepares to give birth alone.
Geri's daughter Bluebell Madonna was born in May. We just hope for Mel's baby's sake that she doesn't take advice from Geri for baby names... |
