The Black Eyed Peas have announced details of their new album, to be released next year. According to Billboard, the band's next release will have social and political themes, though they are hoping not to alienate their fan base with their more thought-provoking songs. Twelve songs have already been recorded, and band member Will.I.am. said, "We'll probably do another 30 or 40 songs." The group released their last album, Monkey Business, in 2005. It's been a busy year for the Peas: they've also released a DVD entitled Live from Sydney to Vegas, and have been nominated in the best group category at next year's Grammys. |
