Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have been given the dubious honour of Worst Role Models of 2006 in a survey. Britney has recently received a lot of media attention due to her heavy partying, and her parenting skills have been called into question repeatedly. After filing for divorce from Kevin Federline, the singer was spotted partying out in Vegas, and often in the company of Paris Hilton, who came second in the poll. Actor Mel Gibson took third place in the poll after his arrest for drink-driving and his anti-Semitic rant. Tom Cruise, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan were also included in the list of the year's worst role models. Bizarrely, George W. Bush was named both the biggest villain and hero of the year. |
