Jennifer Lopez is hoping for arbitration in her legal battle with her ex-husband over a book he wants to publish about their marriage. Lopez is hoping for a positive outcome against husband No.1 Ojani Noa, but he's equally determined to tell all... The Enough and Monster-in-Law star hopes to stop Noa from releasing intimate details about her life and their marriage. Lopez, 37, has already obtained a restraining order against Noa, which has stalled the book for the moment. In 2005, Lopez and Noa signed a contract that stated that Noa could not reveal private information about his life with Lopez for profit. In December, 2006, Noa filed an injuction to reverse the previous agreement. Jennifer is now hoping that her case will be heard in court, and she has filed official papers in Los Angeles. |
