Beyonce Knowles has recorded a break-up album that apparently empowers women, inspiring them to end bad relationships. Her hit Irreplaceable was inspired by Beyoncé's recent role as singer Deena Jones in Dreamgirls. Beyoncé said: "Because I had been playing this character who was so caged, I had to do something with all that energy I'd been holding inside." The 25-year-old, who is dating Jay-Z, added, "So I probably made my most emotional, aggressive record ever. It's a celebration of a breakup and makes women feel like they're worth more." |
