Oasis plan ambitious new album

Oasis will record a new album in 2007, and say they're set to produce their most ambitious record to date. Guitarist Noel Gallagher confirmed that there are already four 'solid' songs left over from 2006's Don't Believe the Truth .

The 39-year-old has been inspired by their acoustic shows and is also keen to use an orchestra or choir. He explained, "I'd like to make an absolutely f*****g colossal album. You know? Like literally two orchestras, stuff like that."
