Britney Spears is in hot water over her appearance at a New Year's Eve celebration at which she famously fell asleep. According to the New York Daily, Spears was under contract to make an appearance at Pure in Las Vegas for the event. Shortly after midnight, the singer was carried out of the club amid reports she had collapsed, but her manager insisted she was just tired. It is thought that Britney might not be paid the $400,000 agreed for her appearance because she left so early. A representative for the 25-year-old star insisted that Spears will be paid for her appearance, but denies that the amount agreed was $400,000. |
