Actress Marcia Cross, who is pregnant with twins, has been ordered to stay in bed until she gives birth in April. On her doctor's advice, the Desperate Housewives star, who is expecting twins, has to stay off her feet. Cross' spokesperson Heidi Slan told Access Hollywood, "Marcia Cross has been put on bed rest due to the fact that she is pregnant with twins. This is a precautionary measure only." It's Marcia's first pregnancy. The 44-year-old actress married Tom Mahoney, 48, last June. Due to the doctor's decision, Desperate Housewives producers have decided to turn Cross' home into the Bree Van De Kamp residence for two days to shoot scenes. Cross will be unable to attend the Golden Globes on January 15th. She's up for best television actress. |
