Kate Bosworth in 21

Actress Kate Bosworth is to star in 21.

According to WWD, Bosworth has signed up for the film. 21 is based on the book by author Ben Mezrich, "Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six M.I.T. Students Who Took Vegas for Millions."

Bosworth will join Laurence Fishburne and Kevin Spacey in the film.  Spacey will also co-produce the film.  Robert Luketic will direct.

Bosworth, 24, and Spacey, 47, worked together twice before in the films Beyond the Sea and Superman Returns.
