Halle Berry finally divorced

American actress Halle Berry has finally got her divorce from Eric Benet.

The 38 year old actress will keep her house in Beverly Hills, while the R & B singer will move to San Fernando, California.

Benet contested the pre-nuptial agreement, and tried to get a financial compensation, although it was refused.

The couple were married for three years, before separating in October 2003.

It will be a second divorce for the actress, who has also been married to baseball player David Justice.
