Actress Jennifer Aniston has confirmed that she had a nose job for medical reasons. In an interview with People magazine, the star addressed rumours of cosmetic surgery and explained, "I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years." Regarding other rumours of 'body enhancement,' Aniston says, "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine." The actress will be making a guest appearance on the television series Dirt with her former Friends co-star and best friend Courteney Cox. Aniston will play a lesbian who shares a kiss with Cox's character. Aniston says, "It's a good-bye kiss. I don't honestly think people want to see Rachel and Monica have at it." Jen is godmother to Courtney's daughter Coco.
