Starlet Nicole Richie could face a spell behind bars if she's formally charged with driving while intoxicated. Last Wednesday, the California Highway Patrol recommended that the Los Angeles District Court handle the case. If the District Court formally charges the Simple Life star, she may face a spell behind bars. The 25-year-old was arrested for driving her car in the wrong direction on a California highway in December. Nicole admitted to smoking marijauna before the incident. She was forced to pay a $15,000 bond before being released. Nicole will appear in court again on February 7th. |
