The paternity row over Anna Nicole Smith's five-month-old baby girl has just escalated after it was revealed Anna Nicole's late husband, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, could also be the father. After Anna Nicole's tragic death in Florida last week, little Dannielynn is being cared for by a friend while the custody and paternity battles rage on.
Anna's husband, lawyer Howard K Stern, is named as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate, but photographer Larry Birkenhead has also ordered a paternity test. After Anna Nicole's death, Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt also said he could be the father because he had a 'decade-long affair' with the model. Most recently, Anna Nicole's sister Donna Hogan revealed that Anna had her late husband's sperm frozen, so he could also be the father.
