The movie, The Aviator, directed by Martin Scorsese, had a great evening of awards at the Golden Globes yesterday evening. The biography of the life of an eccentric millionaire Howard Hughes won a Globe for best drama. best actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), and best film. This 62nd annual event held in Los Angeles also awarded the movie Sideways (which had the most nominations, 7), 2 awards, one of which was for best comedy. The movie Million Dollar Baby, done by Clint Eastwood, won awards for best directing while playing a secondary part in the film. Hilary Swank won a Globe for best actress in a drama. Actress Annette Bening won a Globe for best actress in a comedy in the movie Being Julia. Jamie Foxx won the same Globe for best actor in the autobiography Ray.
