Madonna deals with stress by letting all her aggression out: "I scream a lot!. Sometimes I handle [stress] well, sometimes I don't. I take a deep breath or sometimes it's nice to go run really fast for half an hour and get out all of my aggression." Madge also says she has 'fat days' when she has to exercise for longer.
