Brad Pitt Plays Jesse James

Actor Brad Pitt will take on the role of famous American gangster, Jesse James in this next production.

The western, financed by Pitt's production company, Plan B Films, will be based on the novel,The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, written by Robert Hansen.

Jesse James died facing Robert Ford, a member of an opposite gang, whom he tormented throughout his lifetime.

The part of Robert Ford has not yet been assigned.
