Angelina Jolie has completed the necessary paperwork and is ready to adopt a baby from Vietnam. The director of the International Adoption Agency in Vietnam, Vu Duc Long, confirmed on Friday that the actress has completed all of the formalities for adoption. The actress and her partner, Brad Pitt, are already parents to adopted Maddox and Zahara as well as baby Shiloh. Apparently the boy they want to adopt is younger than Maddox but older than Zahara. The couple went to Vietnam for Thanksgiving last year and visited the Tam Binh orphanage in the city of Ho Chi Minh.
The agency director is quoted as saying, "She has made an application to adopt a boy aged between three and four years old and her paperwork will be processed according to the regulations like everyone else. Normally it takes about four months to process an adoption request but if she has found the child, it could take much less."
