Naomi Campbell has vowed she'll never go under the surgeon's knife to retain her supermodel looks and body. According to our source, Naomi doesn't think she'll ever need surgery because her mum and gran both look great for their age, and she reckons good genes run in the family. The catwalk Queen said she'd only consider surgery if she was disfigured in an accident.
