Actress Tori Spelling has spoken out about the joys of motherhood. In a message posted on her MySpace page, the 33-year-old actress says she's loving every minute of being mum to her son, who is less than a week old. Tori gave birth to Liam, a first child for her and actor husband Dean McDermott, last week. She said, "We are finally out of the hospital and spent our first day at home with little Liam." The actress has a new reality television series starting today called Tori & Dean: Inn Love. She said, "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Liam is my little angel and I had no idea you could love someone you've only known for four days this much."
