It doesn't seem like a month since Britney Spears checked herself into rehab, but the troubled singer has 'successfully' completed her programme at the Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility in California.
Britney's manager Larry Rudolph confirmed Britney has left the centre, but didn't expand on why she was there in the first place, leaving plenty of room for speculation in the gossip columns (drugs/alcohol/post-natal depression/depression/suicidal tendencies/bulimia/bipolar affective disorder - take your pick). The Promises Centre caters specifically for people suffering from alcohol or drug addiction.
