Paris Hilton Escapes Charge

Actress and heiress Paris Hilton has escaped a theft charge in the US. The case arose after she left a video store last week, without paying for her copy of One Night in ParisThe amateur porn movie features Hilton and her ex-boyfriend.

The Los Angeles prosecutor stated that charges would not be laid "in the interest of justice".
