British actress Kate Winslet, and her husband, Sam Mendes, have bought an apartment in New York.

The celebrity couple found a $5 million apartment in Chelsea, Manhatten.

New York is extra special to Kate, since Winslet filming Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind there in 2003.
