Usher to marry

Usher has announced he's releasing a new album and tying the knot with girlfriend Tameka Foster.

The R'n'b star told MTV the couple plan to wed before the end of the year.

Usher, who earned three Grammy Awards in 2004 for his Confessions album, announced that his next release will hit the shops in November, though he's "still trying to find the title" for the album.
