Tom Cruise stalker arrested

A woman was arrested on Thursday outside Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' mansion in Beverly Hills.

Emily Diane Leatherman had already been arrested once on similar harrassment charges in 2006 and was arrested again after she turned up at the couple's house and staff alerted police.

The 32-year-old has already been barred from going within 500 feet of actor John Cusack; the restraining order was issued after she Leatherman stalked him for over a year.
