Eva Mendes Starring with Nicholas Cage

American actress Eva Mendes will be joining Nicholas Cage in the movie version of Ghost Rider.

Mendes, who will be starring with Will Smith in Hitch, will play the part of the woman that Nicholas Cage falls for.

Ghost Rider is based on the comic strip created by Marvel. The story revolves around a guy on a motorcycle that makes a pact with the dark side of nature.

The movie will be directed by Mark Stevens Johnson (Daredevil). Filming will begin next month in Australia.
