Actress Drew Barrymore has topped People magazine's Most Beautiful People list.

It's quite a turnaround for the 32-year-old actress and producer, a reformed wild child who was hooked on hard drugs and in rehab at 13. Drew, who recently became the new face of CoverGirl, has made waves as a producer as well as an actress, and has her own production company. Her impulsive sense of style also propelled her to the top of the list.

Past Most Beautiful People include Angelina Jolie and Julia Roberts.
