Lindsay Lohan to be sued by photographer

A photographer is taking legal action against actress Lindsay Lohan.

Giovanni Arnold was injured by Lindsay when she was driving her mum's BMW.

According to forms filed out by the victim, the Just My Luck and Freaky Friday star was "negligent and reckless." The accident happened on March 13th in New York. Arnold says he could not afford to cover his health costs, and the amount estimated for the damages has not been revealed.

Lohan, 20, claims that the accident never happened.
