Leo DiCaprio's been causing trouble with his neighbours and is to be sued sued for $250 000. The Blood Diamond actor had a basketball court installed at his home in Los Angeles, and his neighbours Ronald and Joan Linclau are so narked they're suing because they claim the court damaged their property. According to the couple, who filed their case at the Superior Court in Los Angeles, DiCaprio maliciously cut and pulled out a hedge that was crossing their yard. They also claim that the installation of the basketball court has made their swimming pool uneven, and say DiCaprio ignored their complaints when he had his basketball court insalled. Now there aren't many people out there who'd complain about having Leo DiCaprio as a next-door neighbour... |
