Britney Spears' parenting skills have been called into question yet again.

The young mum recently caused a traffic jam in Malibu when she stopped her car on the side of a busy road to change son Sean Preston's nappy. The incident was caught on camera by swarming paparazzi, with Britney's cousin Allie and bodyguard using their shirts to hide the infant from the cameras.
