Sienna Miller has been disturbing the peace in the borough of London where she lives with her wild partying. The 25-year-old actress is a regular on the London party circuit but has been taking her parties home and her narked neighbours have called the police in. Sienna will face charges if they pursue their complaints. One resident said, "She has parties with bouncers that last until daylight. "The music's so loud that it rattles our windows.
