Actress Kirsten Dunst is to diretc her first film. The 25-year-old actress is set for her first role behind the camera and says she can't wait to get started on the as-yet-unnamed project.

Spider-Man star Krsten told the World Entertainment News Network, "They're giving me carte blanche. I pick everyone I want to collaborate with."

The film does not have a working title but is said to be based on a real-life story.
