Prince has turned down an invite to tour with Michael Jackson. Jackson asked Prince to join him for a series of concerts to help re-launch his career, it has been revealed, but Prince told Jackson he wasn't interested - he already has his own tour scheduled for later this year! The Thriller singer is said to be devastated by Prince's rejection. A source told The Sun, "Michael seemed pretty upset about it. He said he'd approached Prince to see if he would like to work together, but Prince wasn't interested." Several sources have added that Prince didn't want to be caught up in a Michael Jackson career relaunch. Jackson's music career has been pretty non-existent since he was accused of sexual molestation in 2003. He was acquitted of the charges against him. |
