Courtney Love Makes a Return

Courtney Love performed a surprise gig on Friday.

The rocker, who is the former lead singer of the Hole, made a suprise appearance at the Los Angeles' House of Blues. She sang four songs from her new album Nobody's Daughter.

Love has been working on the comeback album after a two-year absence, during which time she went through rehab, gave up alcohol and won back custody of her daughter Frances Bean, whose father is the late Kurt Cobain.
