Brittany's secret wedding to British producer Simon Monjack shocked the whole of Hollywood when it was made public last month. The actress has spent the past few weeks defending her husband, who is allegedy a conman, owes thousands of dollars and faces deportation from the United States. Murphy insists that she has no problem standing by her man, and that the stories published about Monjack are absurd. The actress told In Touch Weekly magazine, "Everything was just so fabricated and hurtful."
