One week after her birth, Sam Alexis Woods has made her first public appearance. Golf champion Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, have shared the first pictures of their daughter with the world. Sam Alexis Woods was born on June 18th. The photographs appeared on Woods' official website. Woods wrote, "Both Elin and Sam are doing well and resting peacefully. We want to thank our doctors and the hospital staff for all their dedicated and hard work. This is truly a special time in our lives and we look forward to introducing Sam to our family and friends over the next few weeks. We thank everyone for their well wishes and continued respect of our privacy." Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren, a former model, got married in 2004. |
