Sir Sean Connery is being sued for $30 million by his neighbour in New York. The neighbour stated that the actor played loud music at all hours of the night and caused an infestation of rats. Dr. Burton Sultan, the plaintiff, says the actor, 74, played music at full volume and allowed contractors in the apartment to make a lot of noise and fumes, causing material damage. A representative for the actor stated that Connery is rarely in New York (the appartment belongs to his son)and the suit is completely laughable. The rep also added that Connery lives in the Bahamas. In the official claim, filed in New York City, Dr. Sultan accuses Sean Connery of trying to force him and his family from their home in order to acquire the property. |
