The actress, who is currently dating film producer Cash Warren, has revealed that her dates must get the approval from her dad. Alba met Warren on the set of the film Fantastic Four. According to FemaleFirst, Alba said, "I like a guy to be in touch with his feelings. He's also got to be able to hang out with my dad."
