After the announcement of her new swimwear collection yesterday, Jessica Simpson has revealed that she will release her first perfume in July 2008. The singer and actress has teamed with Camuto Group and Parlux to create her own fragrance. According to a joint statement, the scent will reflect the style and personality of the star. Simpson said, “I wanted to partner with a company that would be able to express my personality through a fragrance. After meeting with Parlux, I’M extremely excited to start the development process with them.” Simpson has already entered the cosmetics world, created a clothing line, and a swimwear collection. |
